One thing up front: these businesses sell videos or video tools to faceless creators. YouTube ad income isn't connected to TrustMRR, so we have no verified number for a faceless channel itself, and we don't repeat the self-reported ones.

Source: each business's TrustMRR listing, revenue read from Stripe. MRR is monthly recurring revenue. Together the 5 make $192,306 a month from 3,959 subscriptions (our calc.). The median business across all 37 we rank makes $22,544 a month (leaderboard), so the faceless video median of $46,347 is above it.

Which faceless video business model makes the most?

The service, not the software. White Glove Content makes $65,911 a month by making the videos for its customers: scripts, AI voiceovers, editing and thumbnails, delivered ready to upload. That works out to about $117 per subscriber. The 4 software tools have a median of $37 per subscriber (our calc.). Customers pay more when the work is done for them.

The tools make up for it with volume. Promptwise has 1,890 subscriptions and Vid.AI 715. Vid.AI has also collected $1,643,899 all-time since September 2024, the most of any business on this page.

How fast can a faceless video business grow?

Fast, in the one case where we have the month-by-month data. White Glove Content was founded in April 2026; its verified revenue went from $22,363 in May 2026 to $68,310 in September 2026, up 205% (our calc.), and it has been listed for sale on TrustMRR since Sep 16, 2026, asking $2.5M. The others are older: Taja AI dates from May 2023 and has made $1,029,730 all-time, but now runs at $13,998 a month. A big lifetime total doesn't mean the business is still growing.

Based Labs AI

TrustMRR still shows each one's MRR from the last sync with payments, but no new payments have come in for 3 months (Produce.so) and 9 months (Based Labs AI) as of our Oct 22–Oct 23, 2026 check. We leave them out of the totals and the median above. Produce.so sold to faceless YouTube channels at $149 to $497 a month.

Can AI faceless videos make money on YouTube?

Yes, but not mass-produced ones. On Jul 15, 2025 YouTube renamed its "repetitious content" rule to "inauthentic content" and made clear it covers mass-produced and repetitive videos. Channels like that can't earn money in the YouTube Partner Program. The policy's own examples include "AI-generated content made with generic or unoriginal templates." Using AI tools is allowed; each video has to be materially different and add value. That is the biggest risk for every business on this page, because their customers need monetized channels.

Should you start a faceless video business in 2026?

Our read of the data: selling to faceless creators has verified revenue; running the channels yourself has none we can check. If you want to start, the two models with receipts are a done-for-you service (higher price, more operations work, like an AI agency) or a narrow tool (cheap plans, needs volume, like AutoSubtitles at $3,500 a month from 442 subs). Neither is passive income (is AI passive income real?).

What do the AI video companies behind these tools make?

Much more, but reported, not verified: Higgsfield says it passed $1B a year from AI video in September 2026, and ElevenLabs, whose AI voices are used in many faceless videos, was reported at about $600M a year. FAQ

How much does a faceless YouTube AI business make?

The verified examples we track sell to faceless creators rather than run channels. 5 of them with recent payments make $3,500 to $65,911 a month in recurring revenue (median $46,347), verified from Stripe by TrustMRR (checked Oct 22–Oct 23, 2026). The biggest, White Glove Content, is a done-for-you video service. We have no verified figure for a faceless channel's own ad income.

Do faceless YouTube channels make money?

Some do, but we can't show you verified numbers: YouTube ad revenue isn't connected to TrustMRR, so channel income claims online are self-reported. What we can verify is the money made by the businesses that make videos and tools for those channels.

Which faceless video business model earns the most?

In our data, the done-for-you service earns the most per customer: White Glove Content makes about $117 per subscriber a month, versus a median of $37 for the 4 software tools (our calc. from verified MRR ÷ subscriptions). Profit is not verified for any of them.

Can AI faceless videos be monetized on YouTube?

Yes, if each video adds real value. Since Jul 15, 2025 YouTube calls its rule "inauthentic content": mass-produced, templated or repetitive videos, including AI-generated ones made from generic templates, cannot earn money in the YouTube Partner Program. Using AI tools is allowed.

How much do faceless video tools charge?

Listed plans in our data range from $9 a month (AutoSubtitles Pro) to $497 a month (Produce.so's top plan). Average revenue per subscriber runs from $8 to $117 a month across the 5 with recent payments (our calc.).

Are any faceless video businesses failing?

Two in our data show no new payments for months: Produce.so (last paid Jun 2026) and Based Labs AI (last paid Dec 2025). TrustMRR still shows their old MRR, so we leave them out of the totals and the median.
